All production data, backups, and logs are hosted in Hetzner's Frankfurt region inside the EU. No data leaves the European Economic Area.

Every action in the system maps to a role with explicit permissions. No shared credentials, no ambient admin access, full audit trail per user.
Strict database isolation for billing
Billing records live in a separate database with stricter access rules than platform data. Cross-boundary queries are impossible by construction.
