By using the Getivent platform, you are deemed to have accepted the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") set out the terms and conditions applicable to the use of the Getivent Trust Management OS and event infrastructure ("Platform", "Service", "Ecosystem") provided by Getivent Technology ("Getivent", "Company", "we").
By using our Platform, you declare that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, you should not use our platform.
These terms constitute a legal contract. You will be notified in advance of any changes.
Getivent provides a mission-critical infrastructure and Trust Management OS for Destination Management Companies (DMCs) and high-volume organizers. Our core modules include:
Centralized management of logistics, field resources, and capacity.
Unified inventory routing across B2B, B2C, and Capillary street networks.
Automated multi-level commission splitting with an immutable transaction log.
Email and phone support during business hours, with replies within 48 business hours.
Our services are continuously developed, and new features may be added or existing features may be changed. Users will be informed about significant changes.
You agree to comply with the following rules when using our platform:
Providing accurate, up-to-date information during registration and throughout platform use
Organizing only legal events and acting in accordance with laws
Maintaining account security and preventing unauthorized access
Paying for the selected plan fees on time
You need to take the following measures for the security of your account:
A password containing at least 8 characters, uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters
We recommend enabling the 2FA feature for account security
Do not share your login credentials with anyone
Always log out securely on shared devices
You are responsible for all actions taken from your account. Notify us immediately in the event of unauthorized access.
Payment and billing transactions are carried out according to the following rules:
Your account may be suspended in case of payment delay. The account will be closed if payment is not made within 30 days.
The following rules apply to content on the platform:
You guarantee that you own the copyright to all content you upload
All content on the Getivent platform is the property of our company
You grant the necessary license for us to use your content on the platform
We may remove content that violates the rules without prior notice
In case of copyright infringement, you can report it to our legal address. You will need to submit the required documents.
For interruptions and maintenance situations in our platform services:
Getivent is currently in closed beta. We work to keep the service available and to give advance notice of planned maintenance, but we do not offer an uptime guarantee or a service level agreement at this stage. Availability commitments will be introduced with general release and set out in a separate agreement.
Getivent's liability is within the following limits:
Getivent acts strictly as a technology infrastructure provider. All financial liabilities regarding ticket refunds, event cancellations, customer disputes, and bank chargebacks remain the sole and exclusive legal responsibility of the Event Organizer. Getivent bears no liability for any refunds, chargebacks, or financial disputes arising from events hosted on this platform.
In case of any damage, our liability is limited to the total fee you paid in the last 12 months.
The service contract may be terminated in the following cases:
It is recommended to back up your data before closing your account. Data cannot be recovered after cancellation.
For this contract and dispute resolution:
In case of any dispute, we recommend that you first contact our customer service. Most problems can be resolved amicably.
